Firstly id like to extend a warm welcome to all our customers ,old and new. Thank you all for your continued support, it means a lot to myself and all the team at Bed. I'd also like to say a big thank you to my team as without them this wouldn't be possible.
Tapas nights are up and running in their now regular Thursday night spot. What a fantastic response we've had so far, Andy is bringing a taste of Spain to Uppermill, and I have to say we've had some fantastic reviews! Check Facebook and Tripadvisor to read what people have been saying. The tapas nights have been getting progressively busier each week, with people finding that booking in advance is the only way to secure yourselves a table. We present a very informal relaxed way of dining, and it is particularly good for families or large groups.
Order as you go with lots of advice and personal involvement from Andy our amazing chef, he will gladly advise you on how many dishes to order etc, and cater for any special requirements you have. His passion for food really does shine through on these nights and he embraces the changes in culinary culture and adapts to it with ease. A great example of this will be on our up coming Caribbean night on 21st September, due to the popularity of our themed dining nights I'm afraid, but also pleased to say that this has already sold out! Fear not though diners, as he is away as we speak soaking up Turkish culture to bring back to Uppermill for an event he has planned, watch this space, and be sure to book early, as past experience shows us all how quickly these sell out!
